“I was in a constant state of anxiety when I separated from my husband as to what the future held for me and my two children. Being epileptic, and the fact that stress and anxiety can encourage fitting, just heightened my anxious state. I felt stuck, with no hope so I made a decision to have some Counselling. After just two sessions, Mary helped me to realise that what I was experiencing was part of the grieving process and completely normal. I no longer felt alone, Mary gave me the space and time to explore my concerns and what I needed to do to move forward. This was such a huge relief and gave me the strength to take control of my life again without fear and to see the changes as a new chapter"
